The report presents the key findings and recommendations for strengthening multi-hazard early warning systems in the Caribbean, following the first-ever systematic review of their performance in a post-disaster environment. The review took place after the passage of Hurricane Harvey, Irma and Maria which significantly impacted more than 12 island States in the region in 2017.
